UPDATE (11/15/16) : The CEO of a San Diego-based cyber security firm has resigned after he publicly threatened to kill President-elect Donald Trump amid last week’s election results.

CEO Matt Harrigan threatened to kill Donald Trump with a sniper rifle today online.
Matt Harrigan is the CEO of PacketSled and Critical Assets and a board member for OWASP is calling for an assassination.

Soon after the story broke, Matt Harrigan wrote a statement and placed it on his website, claiming it was a “joke” which everyone simply “misunderstood.”
That statement has since been removed from the website.
The company issued this statement on their facebook page.
To make matters worse, Harrigan continues to refuse to take responsibility for his actions and has taken to social media to once again LIE and claim it was all a “misunderstood private joke.”
Harrigan posted an apology on Facebook:
“My recent facebook comment was intended to be a joke, in the context of a larger conversation, and only privately shared as such. Anyone who knows me, knows that I do not engage in this form of rhetoric with any level of seriousness and the comment most certainly does not represent my real personal views in any regard. I apologize if anything that I said was either taken seriously, was offensive, or caused any legitimate concern. Best Regards, Matt Harrigan”
These violent liberals who lack the mental and emotional faculties to process “loss” and accept “democracy” like adults, will learn the hard and costly way that those of us who exercised our right to VOTE peacefully, will NOT stand for this garbage.
Our society will return to law and order whether these idiots like it or not.
